    After over four hours, a hangup with no returned call, another call with a promise to call back but no callback, the third call was a charm -- Noriko. Although she had to elevate the call to another tier, she followed through, called back when the call was disconnected and called back the following day with the solution to my problem. Kudos to Noriko for her patience and perserverance! QuickBooks is lucky to have an employee of this caliber.
