  1. Allow total balances to be paid not just late payments. Show unit number and account number on invoices.

  2. Offer "pay by text" for recurring pmts;the day it's due(or before/after),send reminder text; I just click "confirm" & it's paid.

  3. If I pay a few days late allow me to pay the late fee with the regular payment together instead of me hurdling sending a check for 10$
