As a sneaker reseller running KicksReplica, I use estimates to confirm orders with customers before they make payments. It would be incredibly helpful if QuickBooks Online Estimates offered more customization options tailored to small eCommerce businesses like mine.

Suggested features:

Product images in estimates – Helps customers visually confirm the exact sneaker model and colorway before paying.

Custom branding – Option to fully customize the estimate layout with my logo, brand fonts, and style (instead of default QuickBooks formatting).

Saved product catalog – A way to quickly insert commonly sold sneaker models with size and color options.

Shareable estimate link (for WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, etc.) – Since most orders come through social platforms, being able to send an estimate via a clean link would be a huge benefit.

These improvements would make QBO Estimates much more effective for modern resellers and small social commerce businesses.
