Today, Intuit development cost our Association $8500.00 with your UI design. In the feature, the description column was updated but the increase in the cost of the service did not. We have been a customer of QB for over 14 years, first desktop and then to online. Today in working with Intuit Support, I was made aware of a UI design by QB without user feedback. I am an IT engineer for a fortune 500 company and deal with IT development and UI design. Nothing that we do happens without the business approvals when it come to function and design. In all my years with Intuit, i have never been given the opportunity to give feedback as you make changes to your design and functionally of the QB Online. As I said at the opening of this email, that this functional and vital part of the app design has been closed out by your Development team. The service in the reoccurring transaction is an invoice that is generated by QB on the 1st of the month. Last month we had to make an increase in a service charged to owners. Today I sent and email and want to make sure the dev group visits my issue.The explanation of the change was correctly updated on the monthly invoice, but the amount of the increase did not carryover from the Update made to the invoice in "Products and Services". As a user of this product, please have the Dev team re-visit this task and get feedback from users on the functionality of this feature.
