  7. I waited over 10 min

    I waited over 10 minutes for your "text." When another call came in, I took it. After finishing the call, my cell phone reflected your text was 4 minutes old. When I entered it, I was informed the text code had expired. I then requested a phone call, which came in immediately. YOU WASTED MY TIME!

  9. For years, YEARS, yo

    For years, YEARS, you've arrogantly disregarded paying customer's requests to be able to use cut/paste on desktop computers. Today, I was able to paste my bank routing number, and the (first copy) of the checking account number, BUT HAD TO MANUALLY TYPE THE CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR CONFIRMATION.

    That's (a) illegal under the ADA (and you should well know what ADA means), and (b) just plain asinine restriction.

    FIX IT, DAMN IT!
