  1. hit the "pay" multiple times due to latency - hope it doesn't process duplicate payments

    After hitting pay there is a latency - to avoid duplicate charges add a message to the effect of transaction may take a few minutes to process, do not hit the "pay" button more than once or transaction may take a few minutes, do not hit pay more than once or wait for the next screen may take a few minutes

    At least ten attempts to pay a time sensitive invoice to purchase heating system parts. Error message after error message after error message.

  20. It keeps spinning and will not show the invoice.

    Cannot pay bc it keeps spinning and won’t ‘come up’ on the screen when I hit ‘review and pay’.
