    Can you itemize the labor and parts to this work.
    I have asked multiple times , called 3-4 times with no reply.
    Now you don’t even answer my calls

    Secondly, I have requested the security camera replacement for over 3 months.

    I don’t even get a return call.

  6. I hate the new user

    I hate the new user experience. I no longer have a clear button to indicate that I do or do not want to have you store my credit card. I no longer have clear buttons for downloading the invoice and downloading the receipt separately. This is a serious degradation of the user experience. Please restore the previous version.

    Your service was TERRIBLE. This is the worst accounting firm I've ever worked with. Slow, unresponsive, condescending, and they didn't do a thing to solve my problem, then billed me $1000 for asking questions.
