It would better for my bookkeeping if upon receiving payment, you automatically sent an email with either an attached invoice showing the client name, paid on date and possbly also the last 4 digits of the source of payment watermarked on it.

I added my credit card a number of times to auto pay and it never works. I have to pay manually every time. This is very painful.

You asked for our ba
You asked for our bank's routing code - but what you wanted is our ACH code... they are two different numbers. This led to our payment being turned down several times until we figured out what you really wanted.

Its really annoying and pointless that you make me type my account number in the verify account number field. I'm copy-pasting from my bank's webpage, so there's no chance of me catching an error when typing it manually.
