You should say upfro
You should say upfront that there’s a $25 convenience fee. It looks a little deceptive to not see that $25 until you see a receipt. I would have paid by check rather than pay you $25. Bad business form.

There used to be a link in the email that took me to an account login, which made payment easy. What happened to that? Paying bills w QuickBook is now a headache. It used to be easy.

Stop charging me a convenience fee, I was not notified of, for providing you the convenience of not having to pay somone to manually log my check, take the check to the bank to cash it. This is a customer ripoff tactic. It is not for my convenience but for you to save money to have someone do the work. From now on I will pay with a snail mail check to you. You pay the person to handle loging it and cashing it.
