2. It would be helpful to have the date of service notated on the invoice

   Right now the invoice date and payment due date is on the invoice but the date of service isn’t listed anywhere.

6. Both direct debit from bank account and Paypal options were removed - can no longer pay my bill.

   Quick books continues to change payment options. Used to be able to pay with direct bank account debit, now that is no longer an option. They then offered Paypal - I paid with PayPal for two billing cycles, now that isnt offered. Terrible customer service.

7. Offer a card payment instead of bank account Don't know the bank account information off the top of my head but I always have the cord

18. Better explain EFT

    Some customers are leery of entering bank routing number etc, saying it felt unsafe. I prefer this option to save on fees, so please add an explanation to the payment page of what EFT is (“like an electronic check”) and how it’s safe for my customers to use. Thanks!
