A $25 fee to do this
A $25 fee to do this is completely outrageous (I get that you need to make money off of your service, but $25 per transaction? Seriously?). I will no longer use the vendor because of this fee. I will find someone who doesn't bill me for their service plus add this mandatory $25 fee.

QuickBooks Multi-User Mode Not Working on Mac
Hi everyone,
We use QuickBooks Desktop for Mac and need two or more people to work in the same company file at the same time. The company file is stored on one Mac, but the other Mac computers cannot open it in multi-user mode.
Sometimes the second user can see the shared folder, but QuickBooks will not open the company file. Other times, QuickBooks opens the file but says it is already in use or does not allow both users to work at the same time.
We have checked Wi-Fi and restarted both Macs, but the problem keeps returning. What…

QuickBooks Missing PDF Component Error
Hi everyone,
I keep getting a message in QuickBooks Desktop that says:
“QuickBooks detected that a component required to create PDF files is missing. This may cause issues with printing transactions, emailing forms, or saving anything as a PDF file inside of QuickBooks Desktop.”
After this message appears, I cannot save invoices, reports, estimates, statements, or purchase orders as PDF files. Sometimes I also cannot print forms or email them directly from QuickBooks.
My printer works in other programs, so I am not sure why QuickBooks is showing the QuickBooks Missing PDF Component Error. What causes this, and what steps…

QuickBooks Cannot Create PDF
Hi everyone,
I am having a problem where QuickBooks Desktop cannot create PDF files. When I try to save an invoice, estimate, report, purchase order, or statement as a PDF, I get an error saying that QuickBooks cannot complete the current action because a PDF component is missing.
Sometimes the same problem also prevents me from printing or emailing forms from QuickBooks. The printer itself works for other programs, but QuickBooks will not create the PDF.

Cannot Print Invoices in QuickBooks
Hi everyone,
I am unable to print invoices from QuickBooks Desktop. The printer is turned on, connected, and can print regular documents from Microsoft Word and other programs. However, when I try to print an invoice from QuickBooks, nothing prints, QuickBooks freezes, or the invoice remains stuck in the printer queue.
I have restarted QuickBooks and the printer, but the issue is still there. Sometimes I can save the invoice, but I cannot print it. Has anyone dealt with the Cannot Print Invoices in QuickBooks issue? What should I check first?

I bought a new computer and need to move QuickBooks Desktop from my old system to the new one. I have company files, customer information, vendor records, reports, templates, and some saved forms that I do not want to lose.

QuickBooks Error Code PS038
Hi everyone,
I am getting QuickBooks Error Code PS038 while trying to update payroll in QuickBooks Desktop. QuickBooks says that I need to download the latest payroll update, but even after I update it, the same message keeps appearing.
I have restarted the computer and checked my internet connection, but payroll still will not update. I also cannot process payroll normally because the error keeps returning.
Does anyone know what causes QuickBooks Error Code PS038 and how to fix it without affecting existing employee paychecks?2 votes
