Hi everyone,
I am getting QuickBooks Error Code PS038 while trying to update payroll in QuickBooks Desktop. QuickBooks says that I need to download the latest payroll update, but even after I update it, the same message keeps appearing.
I have restarted the computer and checked my internet connection, but payroll still will not update. I also cannot process payroll normally because the error keeps returning.
Does anyone know what causes QuickBooks Error Code PS038 and how to fix it without affecting existing employee paychecks?
