I received an invoic
I received an invoice today, april 9th and the invoice states that the payment is due on april 8th. This is a change of date for payments, too. Why are invoices not sent out prior to due date? I have asked this question through email before with no response.

Please share this with the merchant! A "convenience" fee of $25 for an ACH process is outrageous. I've never seen anything close to this amount for any vendor I've set up an ACH process with.

Make your authorizat
Make your authorization fewer characters. The ID also shows with all lower case letters and the downloaded receipt shows all upper case letters-shouldn't these be the same?
