Why doesn't the receipt include details about the service? This is my main issue with Quick Books! Every other receipt I've ever received in my entire life has details about what you bought!

There are so many things wrong with this. The most important two? #1 - Why on Earth can't I see all autopay agreements I have inside of my Quickbooks account? #2 - There is absolutely zero reason you should prevent me from setting up autopay if I change the amount of my current payment. That's just going to screw people up. I needed to pay an extra amount to the company on top of my normal autopay. I should have been able to pay that extra amount and then set up autopay. Ridiculous that I couldn't do that.

this is very convenient.....but a $25.00 convenience fee is a bit steep --- maybe 10 or 15 but not 25.

You listed the date paid backwards. You should list the month first then the day, then the year.

It would be nice to
It would be nice to be able to pay with a credit card. Also, it seems weird to charge a convenience fee for an ACH bank payment. Usually, it is credit card transactions that get hit with a fee.
