Negotiate a better r
Negotiate a better rate for credit cards with your bank, especially with these large ticket sizes. An $8 charge at your local store, 3.75% may be acceptable. However, $10,000 and $20,000 charges, sorry no. And so the EFT.

Manager Sarah hung u
Manager Sarah hung up in my face after voicing concerns with invoice changes. Later sent me a bill finally charging me what I told for parts but changing price of labor. There were 3 changes on the invoice. I was told the office can up charge even if their tech says something different. Customer services was horrible.

Sales tax rate is not automatically calculating based on location. Quickbooks not recognizing my address to calculate parish tax.
Quickbooks isn't recognizing my location address in the system so sales tax isn't automatically calculating parish tax, it's only calculating state tax. I had to manually create a custom tax to collect for parish tax. After speaking with QB techs over 4 days, they determined that this was an internal error and issued a ticket to the engineers to fix the issue. It's been a month and it's still not fixed.

Link never works whe
Link never works when I click on it in Outlook or webmail. I have to view source, then copy the very long link out of it and paste it into a browser. It's a lot of work to pay a bill.

I went through the p
I went through the process for schedule now, pay later w/ code to email and text code to phone and still couldn’t sched for 2/24 pmnt. Does this pay-later process ever work? Very frustrating and aggravating.
