O the sending of the invoice for me to pay electronically was not consistent. It had to be sent to me 4 times before I received it. Was told it would be coming from quickbook, but you should be more specific as it came from Property Solutions.

It would be nice to be able to select a payment date instead of the payment always defaulting to today. It would be easier if we could select a future date for payment so we don't forget.

I was charged 3.5% credit card fee, but paid directly from my bank. I shouldn't have been charged the cc fee.

You could have allowed me to set the date that it will be paid each month. I did not find that option so I had to accept, from this day forward.

This is a recurring bill. I want to review the status of my account with this merchant, not just look at individual bills. Please make that possible or tell us how to do it.

I used to be able to
I used to be able to click on my Intuit Account to pay this bill. Now I have to enter my Routing and account number each time. The old way was much better.
