Don't charge a random fee that isn't properly communicated before transactions
How about properly communicate any fees connected to mistakes? Because I've never had to do this for anyone else. So I won't pay for your miscommunication issues.

Link on HOA website to make a payment rather than an emailed invoice.
The only way I’ve found to pay my HOA dues is through the invoice that is emailed to me. That invoice has not been emailed to me at the beginning of each quarter, but I receive batches of invoices at a time. My suggestion is to have a way for us to login to the HOA website to view our payment history, invoices paid and then also be able to make a payment for upcoming or past invoices within that platform.

Allow invoices and receipts from a vendor using QB to automatically show up in my QB.
My vendor uses QB and sent an invoice via email. I paid it via credit card through QB. It would be convenient to have the invoice and receipt get saved within my instance of QB rather than downloading it and uploading it.

Invoice should be received before the payment is due. My payment is due on the first of the month and I receive the invoice days later.

let me print the invoice and receipt at one time instead of 2 pieces of paper and 2 different actions I have to take. it would save me time and paper and I would not be so irritated at you for not streamlining this.

Display bank name to confirm entered RTN
Most payment services, when an RTN is entered, will look up and display the bank name so you can confirm the RTN you entered was correct

allow "naming" banks
allow "naming" banks - I have 3 under my profile and have to constantly cross reference to make sure specific vendors are paid with correct bank account. Maybe a field for 3 characters.

Mark paid on the invoice as soon as it's paid
After paying an invoice, I get a screen that allows me to download a receipt or the invoice. I need the detailed information in the invoice, but I also need it to be marked as "Paid." If I go back to the email and click Pay Invoice, I can get a new copy of the invoice that is marked as "Paid," which is perfect. But I'd rather get that on the screen as soon as I've finished paying.

Confirm Account Number Before Confirming Payment!
It’s 2021, all payment websites confirm numbers are entered correctly before confirming payment, except this one. I was charged a fee for transposing numbers incorrectly and I want my money back from the idiotic fee I was charged without even knowing I made a mistake! Pathetic!

If we didn't pay our past invoice, I wish our current balance would pull through.
I had to call my daycare today because I didn't think my balance was right. I thought there was a possibility that I missed a payment. Well I did. Why can't a true balance due show up when we go to pay? There needs to be a way to show true balances rather then going to each invoice. I can't keep them straight.
