By making it instant, like Venmo was. No delay once I authorize funds from my bank.
By making it instant, like Venmo was. No delay once I authorize funds from my bank. Not doing so throws off my books, and it isn't how most financial work is being done in today's world. I frankly don't understand why you would regress, unless there's benefit to you by stalling payments received, and that "benefit" does not benefit me as a customer.

I am unable to open an account.
I cannot set up an account with Udell's Landscape because your form says my Email address is already taken.
This must be an error. Please correct this for me. I have only ONE Email address.

allow me to put a PO or house number on the payment
If I'm a landlord paying a plumber, I should be able to notate on the payment which UNIT this is for. (Another type business may want to put a Purchase Order number on the payment.)

Have a receipt you can save that actually has something on it and is not blank.
The "receipt" I tried to print is blank. What good is that? Mostly what I've come to expect out of Intuit products, but I did think I would have a recipet. I will lower my expectations about your products even further so next time I'm not surprised.

The receipts I tried to print were all blank. what good is that? it also must contain more information for taxes and medical reimbursments
Receipts need to have more information on them for medical insurance and tax purposes. All three I printed were blank as well!!!!

Do Not Trust Emails. When Billing In That Form, One Risks Invoice Being Lost In Cyberspace
For years, Haskin's Printing literally mailed an invoice to the Clinic.
Consequently, we were never late.
The current billing method almost guarantees non-receipt of invoice, which either journeys into Spam, or becomes lost in cyberspace..
