Make the Sign-In button larger on the invoice
The small sign-in text is very hard to find on the invoice after viewing. This should be a large button instead of colored text.

Multiple Invoices on Check Stubs
When using OnLine Bill Pay, you can pay multiple invoices on one check, BUT only ONE invoice reference number will show up on the check stub. Our vendors have NO IDEA what we are paying. Paying invoices one at a time is simply to time consuming and is not cost effective. This should be a simple fix to include ALL invoices on a check.

Make additional payment from invoice receipt
I received a confirmation email after I paid my deposit. Later, I didn’t know where to go to make another payment. After calling the office, I was instructed to click on ‘View Invoice.’ That verbiage is misleading for those who simply need to make a payment. I would like to see a button that says ‘Make Payment’ or something else to that effect.

Allow payments to be made from checking account as well as credit/ debit card

Every invoice should always state every detail possible and include PICTURES SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE RECEIVING OR WHAT CONDITION THE PIECE IS IN

Ability to pay Full Balance vs. Paying a million invoices.
Currently Quickbooks want the customer to go to each invoice and pay the invoice. It also imposes limits of how much you can exceed a single invoice (preventing someone from being smart).
Total Balance should be view-able and able to pay.

Intuit should mark these comments/complaints as fixed or in-process or not fixed so people know that you are doing something about the issue
When Intuit does not provide updates, it looks like you are just ignoring these suggestions. Having an update would improve your customer relations.

Allow me to pull up an invoice that I don't have an e-mail for vice having to use an email from the vendor.
Add an option to view outstanding invoices or paid invoices, etc vice having to use the e-mail to get to the current invoice. At times I have not received an email from the vendor and have had to call to get the email resent in order to pay my bill online.

Separate payment methods by clients.
When I access the invoices to pay via QBOA, all of the payment methods from all of my clients are there. This can cause embarrassing mistakes by accidentally using the wrong client's credit card to pay the invoice.

Can not sign in and don't know the answer to first question.
Your credential or security data is wrong and you won't let me set up a new password because of your bad data.
So annoying. I can't stand paying using this it takes so long to re-input all of my data. Writing a check is easier than your application and that includes having to order checks because i never use them. I just ask my pre-school if I could just pay through venmo because it is easier.2 votes
