Printing Receipt is NOT WORKING!

allow paypal payment and automatic payments
allow Paypal payment (or one of the many other easy secure quick checkout services) and one-click payments, rather than having to type in my bank information each time

Don't require sign in to bank account.
Just go right to secure CC payment. I don't want to go into my bank account to pay an invoice.

Follow procedures used to pay bank credit cards. Your system is a pain! If in doubt, see how easily you pay your own bills online.
I've been with Wiles since you bought out my prior lawn service in DeBary. Every one of my monthly bills for electricity, water, credit cards are easily paid. The company you deal with for online (or autopay) is the problem. Quickbooks instructions for customers making payments are not clear. So simple. eg press #1 or click on #1 to pay by credit card. Instructions on how to pay by c/c are then described.

Recently QB decided that they would quit honoring contracts with legal Federal Firearm Dealers. The are alienating millions of customers. Brad Smith should be ashamed of his self.

E-mail the invoice before the reminder one day before it is due. One day's notice with a threat of cutoff is not right.
My first notice of an invoice should not be the 'reminder' invoice that my service will be cut off in one day without receipt of payment. If you cannot send the initial invoice, provide an alternative automatic payment method. It must be one or the other...or I am going back to seviernet despite your two-year contact.
