Provide itemized bill and receipt in one document after payment
An itemized bill is sent. When the payment receipt is generated online and by email, it does not contain the itemized bill details. By closing the payment received window, there is a copy of the itemized bill, stamped "paid," but it does not include the receipt verification numbers. It would be good to have both the bill details and the receipt confirmation in one printable document, immediately after the bill is paid, thanks

Easier to have an account number to loplug my bill, so I can pay or my husband. Actually sending a paper invoice and not just a email
Would be much easier if we could get with the 21st century and have an acount number to refer to our account.

I can never find your phone number, so it’s hard for me to keep track of how much I owe! Please list your phone number somewhere because I can Never find it even just searching the internet.

Printing receipt from Mobile device is none existent even through it is a choice.. Pretty Silly
Simple- When it asks if you want to print a receipt- The receipt should be there to print !!!!!

Bluetooth card reader for PC and phone/tablet
I would like a bluetooth card reader that can connect to my desktop and my ipad at the same time via bluetooth. That way we can run cards off of two devices. My dad (old school) uses the desktop to wait on customers, and I use the ipad.

Better printed records
The printed receipt was extremely basic - please include more information. A print-to-PDF option for people without PDF writers of their own would be fantastic, too.

Tell Me to Control + Click
The invoicing email I received included a text box "REVIEW AND PAY". Fine. But clicking on the box did not take me to QuickBooks. I had to intuit that it was necessary to Control + click.. If that instruction had been on the invoice, things would have been smooth.

Charge the shipping with the order
I placed an order, and had to call for an amount for expedited shipping. I called, found the amount, agreed, but was only allowed to pay for the actual order. Then some time later, I was sent an email for the shipping charge... but I was working and did not check email. By the time I got it, I was paying all the extra money for high speed shipping, but the shipment was going out so late that it won't arrive until when it would have arrived if I hadn't paid extra.

Credit card pay. Wish I had known - I would have used other company.
Great job on driveway, staff was very helpful and responsive...but I assume I can pay by credit card. Likely would have chosen a different company had I known in advance. Thank you.
