Enter a business/company name not a first/last name
I'm using a business checking account to pay a business invoice. The "name" on the check is not a firstname/lastname. Instead, it is the name of an LLC--imagine it says "My Company Name, LLC"
I entered "My Company Name" in the first name field and "LLC" in the last name field as it required me to have something in the field.
But once I select "business checking" the fields for entering a name should be a single field for the name of the business, not the first name/last name of an individual person.

Make email links work I scrolled to bottom of page and found another link that worked.

Identifying the invoice
You can put the name of the person who is getting the gift card with the invoice. I ordered cards for 2 people at the same. I wasn't sure what charge matched which invoice.

The receipt is plain
The receipt is plain Jane and is difficult to distinguish between companies when I make payments online. It would be nice if, at the very least, the name of the company was emphasized or enlarged. The company I just paid had their logo in QBO, so it would've been nice to see that on the receipt so I know whose receipt it is just by looking at it.

Allow for auto-pay of certain monthly amounts.
Allow me to input a pre-approved amount that you will auto-debit each month and send me an e-mail confirmation of it occurring.

Accept credit cards over the phone with QBO
Right now, to accept a credit card over the phone from a client I need to send a copy of the invoice to my own email, and then fill out the client's information, CC #, etc. Why not add this function to the website or QBO apps directly -- like the way Square manual CC payments are done, for example?

Print the invoice along with the receipt
The email had the information that followed the work performed but the receipt you print has no information about the invoice.
