payment portals identical
We pay several different contractors via QBO payment portals. Each portal functions differently; sometimes I pay by actually logging into my back account, sometimes my account information is already saved. I'm assuming that each QBO service (i.e. Plus, Basis, Self-Employed) uses its own method.

When "visa" is greyed out as an option it's quite confusing.
We see the logo, and greying effect is so slight, it looks like visa's accepted when it's not

Send it the first time you send a bill
I have to contact the office everytime I am billed for service to get an invoice that I can pay online. Why can't you attach it with the first billing sent out. I don't pay bills everyday so your invoice is paid the next time I sit down to pay my bills.

I can't tell if we have other open invoices - show all open invoices
When you open an invoice - show other invoices open also, so you can click and select to pay all at once, if wanted.

Do not ask for CVC every time, for paying with already stored credit cards. If it's for security, achieve it in some other way, such as two factor authentication.

Set payments up from the Store web page. Sending an email to have to link to in order to pay for an ordered product really sux.
I ordered this product on the 5th, and only discovered today that you required finding an email link to process the payment. ...I do a load of online shopping, and have never experienced this before. This shipment was urgent, and this needless delay was very maddening!

Retain CC info when switching from debit to credit card
The default is debit card. I input my information, then realized I needed to change it to credit card. When I change over, the form data is cleared. You should retain the form data when I chance the option button (after all, debit and credit card require the same info).
