Don't force me to type in the account number, I tried to copy paste the EXACT number from my bank website but because you forced me to manually I actually caused errors multiple times. Forcing me to do this does not create better results it only wastes time and frustrates people. I hate this. Please change it.

The Bill said it was due 05/01/2019 I recieved it on the 23rd of May? Please send my Bill so it doesnt appear that I am late paying it.
Send me my Bill a few days before it is due not 23 days after it is due, so it doesn't look like I am late paying the Bill. I am never late paying Bills. I received your Bill May 23rd and the invoice said it was due the 1st of May ???????????????

Change the amount you wish to pay and not the entire payment - this way, you can pay a certain percentage first and pay the rest later
Ability to change the amount to pay, so you can pay a certain percentage of the entire payment, and pay the rest later.

Please allow pasting of account numbers. It’s 100% inaccurate to type it in after you’ve pasted it once have to type it?
I’m posting this as new idea because after over 1600 replies no one is changing anything. Why ask for suggestions if no one is doing anything about it? Please allow pasting of info it’s not accurate to have to type in something you just pasted. Thx

Allow me to convert invoice to PDF file to save on hard drive (not print).

Take credit cards that don’t charge a fee to use.
The price of the inspection alone is way too high as it is. A simple inspection should not cost $285 and then to add a charge to use my credit card is ridiculous. An extra $8 is something your company should be able to deal with if you charge us that much for an inspection.

Please state that you'll receive 2 emails. A confirmation invoice, and an invoice with instructions. Better yet, only send one.
Just send the single invoice with payment instructions. Very confusing when I choose invoice and receive a copy of the invoice in email, but no pay instructions. So I sat not understanding how I pay, then got the same invoice, but with pay instructions at the bottom 10 minutes later.

When adding billable time to an invoice
After adding time to create an invoice, next to the weekly timesheet for that time, there should be an indicative symbol (like the gray block in QB Desktop) to show that this time has been invoiced. Also, when it has been invoiced, the time should NOT be showing up on the Unbilled Time Report. We use this report to see which customers we need to invoice, and I recently noticed it is showing time that has already been invoiced. Please advise. Thank you.

Adjust invoice by customer
Create an option for the customer to make an adjustment to the invoice to make an adjustment to payment amount and show on invoice the adjustment.
