Dues are owed by June 1. I received the invoice today, June 2. Should the invoices not go out 30 days before the due date?
Please send the invoices by the first of May. Aren't our dues required to be remitted by June 1st? ALSO, I just received my invoice today, June 2.

If you can email a PDF attachment of the invoice to my email because if I’m paying from my phone I am not always near a printer to print it.

Accepting checking account without additional processing fees would be an idea
Maybe additional processing fees can be waved if the customers pay by their back such as pay from checking account or debit card as the most major credit card companies usually will charge processing fees.

Auto Pay
There is a new concept floating around the internet called auto pay. Now, I know it sounds impossible but when an invoice is due the payment is made automatically without user intervention.
I realize this is probably a futile request but... we are the music makers and we are the dreamers of dreams...
