Create An Expense in my quickbooks account to match this transaction
When I pay through quickbooks it should also create an expense in my quickbooks to match the transaction.

See total balance due on each invoice. I've paid a couple invoices thinking that was the total due. Just paid last inv & receipt shows cr
Show all outstanding Invoices with each statement. I paid today & receipt shows a $200.00 credit. I've paid before and think I'm paying correct amount and it would only be for the month of the statement.

put the provider name on record so when my bookeeper see's bank account record they know it Alarmco and thus can categorize the expens
somehow have my bank records also include the providers name so the expense can be properly categorized. now it just reads intuit.
