  1. Include dates covered by payment of invoice.

    The "from" and "to" dates should be included on the invoice. Without it how can I tell what months/dates I'm paying for?

  5. CONFIRMATION EMAIL

    When paying an invoice online, after you get confirmation about the payment it would be nice if it tells you that an email confirmation will be sent. It does send you a confirmation, but onlne it gives you the option to download a receipt, or print it. An e-mail is all we need really.

  7. Indicate when a merchant doesn't accept a particular payment method

    Your gateway accepts AmEx, but the merchant does not... I understand you don't control that, but there needs to be a better message than the generic error message once we've entered the card information...

  9. Pay as you go would be nice. I have to invoice my clients on the 1st and 15th. Invoices after those dates aren't reimbursed

  16. Please work with Coastal Federal Credit Union and have the Carpenter Park SF HOA included as a vendor in their bill pay sytem

    Please work with Coastal Federal Credit Union and request them to include your HOAs in their Bill Pay functionality. This will enable homeowners to use their bank's Bill Pay to pay the HOA invoices

  20. Allow customer to pay by echeck

    Allowing a customer to pay by echeck would allow us to avoid costly card costs and would allow us to maintain better records since echecks can be placed on the ledgers immediately.
