  1. I would ask that the emailed invoice/process remain active through the due date. It timeouts before I pay it & must contact them to resend

  4. Please use the payment info entered at the time of order instead of sending separate invoice

    I entered my payment info when I placed the order, so I assumed it would be taken care of with that info rather than sending a separate invoice that had to be paid.

  14. Standardize the look of receipts and payment site.

    I just paid two separate invoices from the same company. When I clicked on the "Review and Pay" button from the email I received, the page I was directed to for the second invoice looked completely different from the page I was sent to for the first invoice. The receipts that printed out also look completely different.

  19. Partial payments

    I paid half of the invoice last month, I paid the balance today. The invoice should have had the partial balance posted and when the payment I made today clears, it should have produced a zero balance for the invoice.
