  16. You guys send me an email every time the payment is due saying that it is past due. I never get a bill that allows me to pay prior.

    I never get a notification that I have an invoice due until you say it has not been paid. It seems to always occur on a day that the trash it to be picked and then you don't pick up mine. I have never not paid you and would appreciate getting an invoice in advance of the DUE DATE.

  18. Automated call in to pay.....using a certain call in number.

    Call a number provided for Tropical Hideaway HOA dues. A voice box will answer, take your name and Unit number and all info needed to pay by phone.
