8. Send a bill in a timely fashion

   In years past, bill was provided with completion of taxes, in the same envelope or emial. Once received, the bill is paid on our end. NO billing was sent until 7 days prior to billing period. Taxes were completed and paid (as your bill would have been paid) upon receipt some 45 days ago. This 7 days prior URGENT message felt like being held *******, especially with threaten to not file unless paid.
