Not forcing me to log in to make a payment on an invoice I received.
I should not have to log in to schedule a payment for an invoice I received from my homeowner's association.

Message: site is not safe
When I click the link, I always get a message that states that the site is not safe. I continue to site anyway, but it is disconcerting that I would get that message on a financial site. (I do not get this message for most sites, but I ALWAYS get it for this.)

Who's on auto pay? Place it on the dashboard
It is very difficult as an employer to find out who has signed up for Auto pay. Many of our clients are set up on ACH but it is inconvenient to have to go in every month and pull money from each client's account. Naturally the option of auto pay is very attractive not only to the business but also for the client or potential client. The problem is however, figuring out who has actually signed up for auto pay because we do not get any type of notification from QuickBooks that Mr Smith or Mrs Jones has just signed…

Late charge? That's rude! I'm not running anywhere. Been only about a week. Still hasn't check set of its working..
Send reminder not a late charge, after a week? Holiday.... also.

Much harder to chx credit card for autopay than other other portals. Can that be improved?
Provide a very visible one-click access link to a spot to change payment method and credit card for autopay. I've had great difficulty finding such a place. My exp date and CVV code need updating and I haven't been able to do so.

Asking for account number twice is redundant in its current form
Making sure you put in the correct information is a good idea, dont get me wrong, but if all you need to do is copy the information from the first time or copy the information from directly from your online account than it serves only as an annoyance. Simple fix, blur the information like its a password.

Modifyable Amount
When paying via direct bank transfer the CC Fee should be waived. I paid it this time however, was advised that in order to forgo the CC fee I needed to pay the invoice amount minus the CC Fee. There was no way for me to modify the payment amount. Editable Payment Amount would be helpful in this situation.

It’s hard to read credit cards and it takes effort- just accept PayPal so we can quickly pay without all the hassle

enable users who login in to view invoice & payment history
Invoice and payment history accessibility has been requested by multiple users for years. Not much to explain. If users created an account and login they should be able to access a history log of invoices received and paid.

Autopay on a scheduled date
People on a fixed income need to schedule autopay on a particular date and not 3 days before it's due. For example, always on the 2nd of the month.

Withdrawals on selected date
My payment is due on the 1st. I'm retired and get paid every 1st of the month. I set up auto pay for the 1st, but you start to withdraw the payment before the first. That may results in non-sufficient funds charged to me. That's why I stopped my auto pay. Any thoughts?

Give the customer the option to pay with credit card/ debit card or Bank transfer. And they pay the fee. Thats what all other companies do. We are just charging them that on top anyway. Give the customer the power and control of how they want to pay. It sucks that we have to just tell them that quickbooks is *** backwards and we have to charge extra 1% for bank and 3% for card because for some reason we have to choose it for you before we bill you. Who thought of this? Obviously not a business owner????

autopay option, please again going forword into 2024
I value my vendor who uses this platform for payment, but for years I have asked to allow this platform to access autopay so that we stay current with all payments. This is a customer service courtesy option that will allow your paying customers (like us) and your vendors to get payments immediately after the event.
Question, where is the customer service number to talk with someone about questions? Thank you because we all want to do the right thing. . s

don't download the obfuscated filename invoice without warning
When following the link to the payment page (firefox on macos), I get an indicator that a pdf (kquat4UC.pdf) has been downloaded. After logging in I get another download indication with a similar filename, which was my first hint that the file was actually from Intuit. As I just read about an iPhone expolit that starts with a maliciously crafted pdf, this was a bad experience.

Allow me to make a payment in excess of the current invoice
When making a payment on account, I like to round-up in order to make balancing the checkbook easier. (example: balance due of $348.97 rounded up to $350). Let me over-ride that amount and pay what I want (after acknowledging I am paying over).
