The vendor would have a landing page in which you can select which invoices you'd like to pay based on what you owe via your e-mail address.

Have a way to pay online for invoices that are sent by USPS mail
Customers would like a way to pay their invoices online without having to receive the invoice by email. We still send the majority of our invoices by US Postal Service. It would be nice if they could go to a website to make a payment.

Add own amount. Have an option to add own amount that you would like to pay.

Credit/Debit Card Selection
It wasn't clear to me whether I was selecting "debit card" or "credit card" when I was making payment. And honestly, I didn't even notice the selection until after I'd hit the "Process My Payment" button. It led to a moment of panic. I hope your form defaults to credit card. Or else, you could ask customers to make that selection BEFORE they enter their card information.

The email should state to click only on the bluelink, not go to the website, which has no way to login
The email we get should explicitly say to only click on the blue link at the bottom, rather than go to the website listed, which has no login option

Sign into bank to pull checking account info rather than asking me to find a check
If I don't have a check handy to find my banking number, let me sign in - I already use mint, etc. and pull it that way
