  3. Need to be able to pay directly online and not invoice

    this invoicing is inconvenient. Need to be able to pay directly by credit card. Frustrating using this payment method. Stop using Quick Books as its outdated

  5. Clarification on Misc. services would be appreciated along with date.

    Very difficult to discern what falls under expected services and misc. services. I had to skip a scheduled date and then misc. services shows up the exact amount I would have paid had I not skipped with no explanation. I'd like to know what I can expect as regular service and then I can know what falls under misc. services better. Thanks!

    I understand James is busy and forgets minor points. Remember, never promise definite dates. Under promise and over deliver. Your folks do fantastic work, don't over-commit them.

    If you could text also, I get hundred's of emails a day and this one just got buried in the mix. I hate paying late fees and wish I would have had a reminder on text before it was late.

  16. Hold receipts in the account. I had that I hopefully saved the email one.

    I just use quick books to pay my pool guy. I just wish it would save my receipt of payment.

  17. Allow PayPal to use ID rather than email

    PayPal only allows email ID, but I use USER ID not email on PayPal. This differentiates my personal email PayPal from my business PayPal. I do not want to use my personal account to pay for this.
    I can't sign up for QB account for business because I have QB/Intuit account for personal. There HAS to be a more flexible way to get around this!!!!

    IDEA: Allow PayPal to use a USER ID rather than email. Allow account sign up without email.

  20. allow a customer to pay an initial deposit amount and the final amount due through the payment portal

    Change so both an initial deposit amount and the final amount due can be paid through the payment portal
