I am about to drop this service because it is so hard to get you paid. I receive an invoice on e-mail every month although I have repeatedly told you to automatically take the payment out of my account. Then I try and Pay the invoice and it doesn't work properly and I don't get back to it for a week or two Very Very inconvenient!!!! Now it is telling me I have an invalid e-mail

would like to see a account number for each customer so I can setup a pay account with my bank
would like to see an account number for each customer so I can set up a paid account with my bank. This way the bill would just go to my bank account and the bill pay system would notify me that there was a bill to be paid and all I would have to do is click pay.

Add credit card payments
It is too easy these days for individuals to obtain bank information. Add a credit card option

save bank information, don't like having to enter routing / account number each time I pay a vendor

Ability to see a full detailed invoice
I'm unable to get a detailed breakdown of what I'm paying for and why the amount/total due is changing. There should be, at least an option to view the detail invoice. I would like to see an invoice detailing the work done especially when the total doesn't match the agreed upon total. Was told I can only get a detailed invoice AFTER it is paid-in-full which is crazy because I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't order. It makes me feel like it's a scam.

schedule a future payment when you have made a partial payment
If you are splitting the amount by half, allow the payer to schedule the second half at a future date, without having to go back in to make the second payment.

Autopay seems really wonky. I selected autopay previously, but it doesn't seem to be happening and I keep getting invoices
I have tried to setup autopay the last few months. I get confirmation, but when it comes time for the next payment it never seems to work, then the merchant complains I haven't paid

Give customers option to leave a comment when paying an invoice whether balance in full or partial payment made.
I was only able to make a partial payment on my invoice to my vendor and wanted to let him know I would pay the rest next week without having to text him or email him. Would be simpler when paying invoice to have that option. And to also express my gratitude or thanks even.

Allow for Autopay
Very frustrating that I can't set up autopay for the bills I pay through quickbooks. I tried setting it up through the website once, but it never worked, so I have to manually pay my bill every month. Super frustrating!
It's also so so annoying that I have to enter my bank account info every month that I make a payment. Most payment portals allow you to securely save that info so I don't have to tediously input the same numbers every month.

I need to see the vendors listed that I am paying on autopay with options for edits
Having autopay is great, but then I cannot see the list of vendors I am paying on autopay to make any edits. I have to make changes at time of invoice to stop autopay, or turn on autopay. I should have a subscription or autopay page within intuit/quickbooks that shows who all I have autoay setup for, so that I can make edits, or just track better.

Have an account that I can get to without waiting to have it emailed
I would like to have an account that I can get to and pay without having to wait on an invoice to be emailed that links me to the payment portal

allow venmo payments and put your name in subject line so it doesn't go to spam!!

make it easy to split invoice payment from different bank accounts (business v personal)
allow me to pay the business portion of the invoice out of my business account and the personal portion from my personal account!
