  4. have an account where all invoices show so you can pay more then one at a time

    Create a way to have a customer account for multiple invoice payments and stored payment information. So all invoices show so you can pay more then one at a time

  11. Charge directly from one Quickbooks account to another

    Our vendor uses quickbooks as well — we'd like to have their payment requests become notifications for us in quickbooks.

    This is the second time I have received a late notice for a service I was not invoiced for. I did receive a confirmation that services were completed but no invoice was attached.

  17. Use an app. Going through email and then to a site is cumbersome compaired to easy payment systems like venmo. Less resistance to payment

  18. Let the customer know what the fees are for each payment option

    As a customer I would prefer to know how much the fee is for each payment method. ACH is 1% and Debit or Credit card is 2.9%. I would want to choose which method while knowing the person I am paying will net more money as opposed to The card processor
