Support pasting into payment page
It's extremely unfriendly to disable pasting into the Verify Bank Account Number field of your payment page. If I copy and paste that value, how it is better to force me to copy the number by hand, rather than paste it in?!?!?

Format the receipt better
Go back to the old format where the receipt shows the itemized invoice marked "PAID". The current receipt simply shows the amount paid.

Include description of item being charged
It would be helpful for the receipt to spell out what the charges are for. My receipt shows the amount and payee, but no description (in this case, payment for annual fee). I will need a second receipt with this information.Thank you.

Actually send the invoices instead of sending “reminders
It would be nice if you guys actually send the invoices. I have waited to see how long it would take you guys to send me the invoices for October and November. I never received them I checked my junk mail and all my other inboxes and didn’t get them but I got to use with no problem. Your bookkeepers whoever they are are not sending the invoices at the beginning of the month. You should really add a confirmation popup
One more simple confirmation pop up would be a better experience just in case you did not mean to click pay right away, sometimes you want to pay in smaller increments or with different pay types and if you accidentally hit the button, you are done. Thanks

Scan Your Card
Some apps allow you to Scan your card with your camera. Then your card info is automatically put in each field without you having to type out everything.
