  1. Prorate Storage Amounts

    It is ridiculous that we are required to pay a full month's fee for 3 days of storage. You can improve your service by doing the right thing and not overcharging customers.

  10. Consistency on form

    I am paying multiple invoices one right after the other. When your form pops up and I have to choose which payment method to use, the credit card option is in a different location each time. This caused me to accidently check the wrong box on one payment.

  11. We are doing so much with virtual classes, maybe a text message sent to my phone would help me to pay on time.

  15. Add info to Invoice for Payment

    I would like to see what services the invoices are for when I receive them. Are they for cutting the grass, are they for fertilizing the grass? I'd like to know what I'm paying for, especially when more than ONE service is being billed on to ONE invoice.
