Offer pay by debit cards as not all people have traditional checking accounts with routing numbers and account numbers
Many accounts with banks do not require to buy checks or have routing numbers So to have to pay only by check is difficult.

Intuit online payroll - when your customers are charged month after month when they don't have payroll and not using the service the service, they should be given a refund. That would be customer service. I'm quite disappointed. When a person doesn't have an income even $160 is substantial. I have been a Quicken customer since the about 1991. Today it took 2+ hours to find a way to connect with Intuit and that without a phone number that could be found. Why does Intuit try so hard to hide from there customers? Why. Even when we are now charged…

Paper bill or reminder email
I personally prefer a paper bill, but if this isn’t possible please send a reminder when it gets closer to time to pay. The bill comes so early, if I don’t pay it immediately it gets covered up with their emails and forgotten.
