3. Three suggestions

   Please explain why we got duplicate bills this year. Also, please provide a yearly summary of energy produced through our panels. Is there an annual newsletter that outlines the cost benefits of the panels? (We have to calculate it each month through our NYSEG bills but do not have a relative measure of our panels' performance vs. standard sources.)

7. I tried paying immediately upon receipt of invoice using my husband's debit card. I input his information three times and it failed to

   accept and send. I came back hours later and it accepted my debit card which is the same account as his. Why the problem? Time consuming when it should have been faster than writing and sending a check.

9. auto bill pay for QBO users

   I can schedule recurring bills from my QBO account but I have to pay those bill one by one manually each month! It takes so much time! I really hope you bring the autopay option for recurring bills.

12. Tie paying an invoice to my QBO business account

    Tie paying an invoice to my QBO business account. Currently I have a separate sign in for paying bills sent to me through Intuit QB and I have to sign in separately. Only the payment, not the bill, shows up in QBO. This should be integrated for best UX.

15. Review screen

    Provide a final review page before processing payment. Why? I intended to pay half an invoice but paid it all. Operator error, no doubt, but a review screen would probably have allowed me to correct my mistake. Thanks!
