  1. The place where you pay held my checking account number

    My checking account number should not be listed when it asks for it to be typed in from a prior payment processing. I never authorized this information to be held, so it should not show up on a list of numbers that were previously typed in that drops down in that area.

  2. Use PayPal have to keep getting up and finding the car and I need to use!

    PayPal should be an option! It already has my account numbers in it so I don’t have to get up and go look for the card of my choice. Thank you

  3. System won’t accept a hyphen

    Your system won’t accept a hyphen in my name. My name is Jo-Anne and I always have to delete the hyphen when using auto-fill to pay my invoice!

  5. Pay was auto Debit, entered credit pay info, then viewed invoice, pay info was deleted and went back to debit, so entered it all again.

    Improve the way the invoice displays on tablets when hitting 'view invoice.' Right now it is a semi-transparent layer that is unreadable.
