  6. I think that the Payment Portal is a needless intermediate step.

    After filling the Order Form, a customer should be automatically sent to the payment portal. In my case, I purchased over the weekend, and didn't get the payment option until Monday. Seems like a needless intermediate step for someone at the company to then process the order form and send another email with the payment link.

  12. The credit card information was not masked as it was entered.

    I have not checked the PCI DSS to see what is required for a web payment form but I would suggest to at least mask the CVV.

    Its easier to keep track if the invoice says for which shifts (dates, hours) are being paid for.
