If Bank info doesn't get uploaded or is rejected, invoice still says PAID!
Not an idea-a complaint. I uploaded new bank info to pay an invoice. Invoice was "PAID". Payee did not get payed and got a $10 fine. I paid the invoice again AND the $10 fine for them. This was not my mistake. Please refund me the $10. PLUS, it was very embarrassing because I thought I'd paid, when I hadn't. Christina Green

Include the invoice # and date in the file names when downloading invoices and receipts
Include the invoice # and date in the file names when downloading invoices and receipts.
Currently, the invoice file name is something like this: eea6aee6-93b4-4294-9eb9-8e44900c78fa.pdf
And the receipt file name is this: receipt.pdfWhen I save these to my computer, I have to edit the name to include the current date: 2021-02-23 so I can manage them in the future.
So, if you automatically added the invoice date and # to the file name, I would not have to do that.

Please give us a link to see a list of payments made and those which are outstanding. It is ridiculous we cannot see a list of prior payments

QR Code
Will be good if there is a way we can add a QR Code to our invoices. Just a picture of a QR Code will do actually. So our customers can scan on the QR Code with their mobile phones and make payment.

Please provide a list of open invoices for the customer in question
As I said -- please provide a way to see all open invoices and pay the ones you want. I am billed only via email and they get lost; I have no way to go back and see the invoices in question and therefore they don't get paid timely.

I didn't realize that "debit" was the default. :(
Make CREDIT the default, please! I just lost quite a bit in rewards by clicking before I realized that debit was the default. :(

correct total to pay
show the total amount remaining to pay on the up front screen. Then allow you to enter the amount you want to pay The random number the app was asking me to pay was not correct. And its not clear how to change that amount. Nowhere did it show me the amount left to pay. Not sure why its not accurate but looks like my deposit was subtracted twice from the amount due.

Include the person's name as part of the invoice number.
The invoice number alone has no relevance to the placement agency. If you include the person's name as part of the invoice number it would help to match up the invoice with the placement.
For example, our placement of Anne Ochkie (the senior's name) (or you could use the family name), the invoice number would be: 3862OCHKIE.
