Memo or note on the transaction when paying an invoice from another QB user
Let me make a memo when I pay a bill so I can add unique details for each purchase, even if from same vendor.
For example, I hire a vendor who invoices me $200. I hire him for the same $200 service each time; however, each order is for a different client. When I make the payment, I would like to make a memo or note that states the name of the client for which I am paying the bill. Have the correct information. Under payment by- Invoice says: Click "Review and Pay" actually it is "Pay Invoice" and then "Pay Now"

Better receipts
The "Print Receipt" button just prints this very basic "stripped out" version of a receipt - no vendor, no context. It would never pass IRS muster. Fix this ASAP!

Accept a direct bank account debit card.
A debit card connects directly to the bank account put places an extra layer of protection for the buyer and does not add cost to either party. Should be available as a payment option.

Put payment method choice at top before entering card info
The current form has you enter card info, and THEN select payment method. I entered my credit card information, then got to the select payment method and selected credit card, and it erased all my info. Annoying and doesn't make sense at all.

Move Debt/Credit Card Selection to Top of Screen
Currently you enter your debit/credit card information first, then select debt or credit card.
The default selection on the page is debt card. So if you have a credit card (like I do), you enter your credit card information, then select the credit card option (further down the page), and all of your entered card numbers get erased b/c of the change from debit to credit card.
To improve the User experience, move the debt/credit card form selection bubbles to the top of the form above credit card information. Then user doesn't lose the information they already entered causing frustration.

allow for a purchase order number or reference number to be added to the payment for customer
invoicing and allowing for a purchase order number or reference number for customer to print not only payment receipt but allow for some documentation of payment

tranaction fee to zero
this fee caused a lot of problems and delays. We are a Department of Energy Facility, the transaction fee is non-allowable.

Don't make me re-enter account information just to pay a bill!
Company sends me a bill, payable through Quickbooks. I sign in, and ... what?!? I have to re-enter my bank account information? Then why did I bother to sign in? Quickbook payments should be smart enough to see my bank accounts, and let me choose one of those.

ABILITY TO SCAN CARD
Ability to scan your payment method such as credit or debit card would make payment much more user friendly.
