Include past due invoices w/inv number on current bill.
Put outstanding invoices along with their numbers on most current bills. Searching through email is not always efficient. I thought I was caught up because I searched my email for them. But when there a many emails it makes it time consuming and difficult to pinpoint which one(s) is outstanding. This would help keep bills organized more efficiently.

Error when paying
Fix error when paying. l have to go back and use the same card to pay after receiving an email saying error as been resolved. It's obviously something wrong with paying on the site not my card. It's a waste of time and didn't happen in the past.

Either disclose that you charge an outrageous 3.5% fee for credit cards before doing the service or stop charging 3.5% on credit card transa
Disclose your 3.5% fee for credit card transactions before doing any service. It should be disclosed immediately as it is the highest percentage I have ever come across as a private business or personal expense. I wonder how much business you lose with this fee. I for one won't be doing business with you again unless you lose the fee.

Add a button on the actual invoice to make payment.

I thought the payment would be from the invoice rather than from the email. Would be nice to click a button on the invoice to make a payment.Thanks.

When payment doesn't go thru, say payment declined or insufficient funds. Dont say there's an error and to check my connection.

Enter info twice?
Don't have me enter my credit card info on the website just to invoice me 2-3 days later and then have to input all that info in again. It is redundant, ridiculous and seems untrustworthy.

Reduce clicks
Don't make us click 2 and 3 times just to view an invoice. Should be easier to get to. Viewing invoice is important to do before paying the bill.

Allow me to pay from my bank account
Allow me to schedule and send moneys through my personal bank account: It seems like everyone wants you to register with their website. This creates more risk with my personal information. I can't see any reason that I shouldn't be able pay this site with scheduled payments from my bank account's web page.
