3. Auto-Payments?

   All of my monthly bills are set up on auto-pay, but for some reason your pool service isn't able to do this? Since there are times like this week, the pool guy didn't show up assuming because the invoice wasn't paid. I should be receiving a credit or you should be sending him back out to service the pool this week??? Work on setting up auto-payments, so we don't have to deal with this.

4. the requirement for a 5 digit zip code is nonsense outside the USA. in NZ our codes are 4 digits and having to enter a random set of 5 digit

   Please fix your zip field. It's a nonsense outside the USA (where some of us actually do live) You force us to lie just to jump your hoops.

5. Allow credit card payments. I like to get the miles, and am willing to pay a markup to cover processing costs.

   Willing to pay a fee to use a credit card. When I seen this much, I want to get some airline miles!

10. Option to pay with PayPal or other digital wallets

    I have my cards saved into digital wallets, such as PayPal, and it would make it quicker to be able to pay with one of those instead of having to find the card and enter in the number.
