You folks should carry over any existing balances each month.
You folks should carry over any existing balances each month. Not just separate balances. No idea if we have a balance with each invoice.

PAYMENT DATE OPTIONS
Allow us to choose the date in advance to pay the invoice. For example: when we receive the invoice for the lawn bill - if we click to pay the invoice it's taken out that day. If we could set our date in advance, I believe you would have more individuals paying their bill on time.

Provide a link, a way back to your account from a paid invoice if you signed in to pay an invoice.
Provide a link on the paid invoice result screen that takes you to your main account page.
After recieving an invoice request via email navigation link takes you to the invoice. In small text there is 'sign in'. The experience as a 'sign in' user should allow access to account information. The link on the paid invoice screen would provide a way to your account.

You guys send me an email every time the payment is due saying that it is past due. I never get a bill that allows me to pay prior.
I never get a notification that I have an invoice due until you say it has not been paid. It seems to always occur on a day that the trash it to be picked and then you don't pick up mine. I have never not paid you and would appreciate getting an invoice in advance of the DUE DATE.
