Initial screen had amount due + previous balance. Subsequent screens were not as nice.
Initial screen had amount due + previous balance. Subsequent screens were not as nice as they only had amount due. I chanced it and placed amount due + previous amount in the payment cell and continued. It is unclear if this will work.

Send paid invoices
I would rather you keep my card on file and just send me the paid invoice. That's how I do it with other vendors and it's awesome.

Make the printable reciept look more like a reciept. Business name, address, and phone number. Description of goods or services.

Improve sign-in and invoice payment
The sign in doesn't work smoothly. I am asked to sign in twice - once when I open the invoice and then again when I try to pay it. Often it tells me my sign in is wrong. I've had to change my password many times because of what seems like a problem at Intuit. Sometimes it only allows me to pay by directly accessing my bank account. Other times it permits use of a credit card which I prefer by far for online transactions. My data has never been saved, so I have to reenter each time. Believe it…

When you open this invoice it shows you $72 and the real amount if way lower down so I didn't know what was really owed!
when you go to pay it does not default to the total amount owed and then shows you have a credit even though you paid the total amount owed not just the monthly amount that shows up at the top.

Please include the dates that my lawn was cut. FOn my invoice. I was told that the crew would be out here today to service my lawn. They did not cut my grass today as I receive a text telling me they would be here today.. I would like a break down on my bill. As I pay as soon as I receive my bill and the service was not today. Check routing and account number before sending confirmation
I thought my payment was made when I was sent a confirmation from quickbooks but was contacted 1 month later by the merchant that the funds never went through. Confusing when you get a confirmation email. Quickbooks should check that the routing and account will work before sending confirmation.

CHange the bill pay check limit BACK to NO LIMIT. A CAP of 2999.99 per check is nothing short of rediculous for an operating company.
It is difficult for us to comprehend a that a software company that says it "serves" businesses can arrive at a limit of $2999.99 per check for payables using bill pay.

Export routing number from one payment to the next.
Export routing number from a recent payment to the following months payment. No need to continuously post the same routing number unless there is a change in banking institution.
