Automated call in to pay.....using a certain call in number.
Call a number provided for Tropical Hideaway HOA dues. A voice box will answer, take your name and Unit number and all info needed to pay by phone.

Add the use of credit or debt cards
Include the use of credit or debt card personally I have never used checks and I likely won’t ever use checks so this format is extremely inconvenient for me in paying for my order thank you

The amount that is owed for a particular invoice should be what's stated on the very 1st pg. The actual amount owed is TOO HARD TO FIND!
I inadvertently wrote my idea in the subject line. Sorry.
Bottom line, I said that the amount owed for an invoice should be displayed on the FIRST page, without us having to click multiple times to find it. It's very frustrating trying to determine and locate the balance as well as very easy to make a mistake and overlook it.

This is the most confusing and stupid system I have seen. Allow us to see our entire billing history or at least the past year.
Allow past 12 month of billing history to be reviewed. I could not tell what had been paid.

Only as I was hitting submit did I realize I had failed to change "debit" card to "credit" card. Hope the card number I used clarified!

Display and allow payment of total balance due - not just this invoice

By allowing customers to make partial payments in QBSE
Allow customers to make partial payments. Sometimes we get a down payment on a job. I can send the customer a receipt. However as the job is in progress if the customer wants to pay a little at a time there is not an option to do that in QBSE
