    There should a link for bill pay on the website, and the ability to create an account with a password. This way the account can be accessed at any time, to review payment history, etc.

    You won't allow me to enter my LEGAL NAME - Jo-Ann Belanger. Why?? My first name has a dash / hyphen in it and my last name you have 1,000% WRONG. Belanger and Boulanger are NOT interchangeable!

  15. Provide a method to have receipts emailed as well.

    I am not sure but if one can just enter their email address to have their paid invoice/receipt sent to them would be a big plus to me. But again that feature could be already there and I just do not know about it. Thought I would just put it out there. Thanks.

  20. Might need to tell someone your price is over 1.00 higher per 9 ft stud than 3 other suppliers . Just want to help Lester be competitive

    Too high on lumber .
