a feature that indicated that the invoice was received; not just sent.
I would really like to know if the customers received and or opened the invoices I sent. I recently discovered that I was sending them but even though it was shown as send they didn't receive it and I didn't know.

Need to receive invoice electronically on the first of the month when it is dated

The link in the email I got said "View Invoice". To me kind of misleading since the invoice was attached. Make it say "Pay Invoice".
The link in the email I got said "View Invoice". To me kind of misleading or confusing since the invoice was attached. I looked at the attachment and didn't think much about the link. Just thought I had to call to make a payment. Why not make the link say "Pay Invoice" or at least somewhere in the email say to make a payment click here.

I could not make the online payment because I never received the online bill.
Any time I haven't made an online payment was because I never received the email with the bill to pay.

Check email address of confirmation email upon payment of invoice.
A confirmation email was sent, but not to the correct address. With multiple people (on our side) handling the invoice / payment, you should have a final check of where the customer wants their confirmation of payment email sent.
